Between Common Ground and our partners, iConstituent and Influential Data, our team possesses a dedicated support staff that’s here to help you.¬† Your team is assured to receive the help you need, when you need it. As soon as you sign on with Common Ground with our services, you will immediately be contacted by our Project Manager who will guide you through the entire process from beginning to end. Moving forward, you will have an entire staff of training and support experts at your disposal to help you with any questions you may have along the way.

Live Support

In-office training and support is available five days a week, from 9 AM to 6 PM PST. Our training staff will train you on the E-newsletter Gateway System, educate you on best practices and trends and will continue to provide support whenever you may need it.

Web Support

Live, online support is available to you in real-time using our webinar software. This allows our training staff to view your screen or for you to view their screen so that we can walk you through any questions or trouble you may be having. Email Support

Support requests can be submitted easily through email and 24/7 email support is available for emergencies. Please contact support@commongroundoregon.com or support@iconstituent.com with any email delivery or data issues.
